 Resale Certificate or Sales Tax Permit If you plan to resell the plants, a resale certificate (or sales tax permit) shows that you are exempt from paying sales tax on the plants you purchase for resale. This certificate is provided by your state or local government. (This can be sent via email) 

For all orders, we offer delivery services, while others may require you to arrange shipping or pickup. Include your Delivery address when ordering via email.

Payment Terms: Natures Nook specific payment terms. We are requiring full payment upfront Prior to fulfilling any wholesale order. We will send you an invoice with confirmation on delivery set up via email.
